A free Standard Membership is enough to purchase products from our site. Then there are two other membership plans available after joining the Standard Plan but they come at an additional membership fee. These other plans include more services to the customer. All purchases are made via PayPal. You can use your existing PayPal account, or you can pay with your credit card directly at the PayPal site.

First step would be to go to the chatroom and ask for a staff member to assist you. Then you may also contact the staff by using the downloadable Vivians Boutique Desktop Application software and initiating a private chat session with one of our staff. Alternatively if all else fails you can search Members at the site and find Vivians profile page and send her an email directly she is always happy to help.

If you are have a Corporate Customer account yes you may set up a small storefront within. However your storefront must comply with the TOS (Terms of Services) that you agreed upon at sign up.

All of the products sold here are made in China by design production companies. Some of them have been designed by our design team and others by the respectful producers. None of the products we sell are fake brands as all of our products are unbranded designer products and are sold as such. Our products are decor peices for home decor and are hence not easily found in other places if at all.
